Core Responsibilities

• Driving: Safely operating heavy or tractor-trailer trucks (often >26,000 lbs) for long periods.
• Logistics & Documentation: Recording deliveries, fuel consumption, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) in compliance with federal regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting inspections for defects before/after trips and reporting mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
• Routing & Communication: Using GPS for route planning and updating dispatchers on delivery status. 

Key Requirements & Skills

• License: RC 123
• Driving Record: A clean driving record with no recent moving violations.
• Experience: Proven experience as a heavy truck driver is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle long hours, travel frequently, and lift cargo.
• Skills: Strong navigational skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and basic computer skills for ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices)
• At least high school graduate
• With complete mandatory
