Senior Warehouse Staff, Laguna

• Manages the stock levelling of all items most especially fast consuming goods by updating the PRS Logbook and close coordination to the order processor to initiate purchase order.
• Receives and moves transfer of materials (e.g. incoming deliveries, machined components, finished goods, scrap, subcon materials, etc.) from specific area/s to Warehouse following proper tags, storages and racking.
• Check number of parts against production slips and report discrepancies
• Ensures proper recording of all issuances and transfers in all Warehouse books, bin cards and stocks cards
• Ensures proper warehouse batch control and FIFO have been implemented by using the warehouse batch control tags, FIFO tags and updating the batch record at Bin Card.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years experience in warehousing, logistics or relevant fields
• Abilityto lift heavy objects (up to 20 kilograms)
• Inventory System, recording and arrangement experience
• Working knowledge in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
• Working knowledge in 5S+1 and Basic Lean Wastes in the warehouse
• High attention to detail
