Civil Engineer, Laguna

The Project-In-Charge / Safety Officer is responsible for overseeing multiple projects while ensuring efficient execution, regulatory compliance, and the standards of workplace safety. The role involves supervising project operations, managing resources, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, the position ensures strict implementation of health and safety policies, conducts regular site inspections, enforces safety procedures, and promotes a strong safety culture across all project sites.

The successful candidate must be willing to transfer from project to project as needed to support operational requirements. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to different project environments are essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with license.
• Certified Safety Officer 2 (e.g., COSH/BOSH accredited).
• At least 2 years experience in construction/project supervision in high rise projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Willing to work under an agency.
• Willing to transfer to different project sites.
