Civil Construction Supervisor, Laguna

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction site activities
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and meet deadlines
• Enforce safety standards and quality control
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation
• Manage materials and site resources efficiently

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 37+ years of civil construction/site supervision experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
