Patient Care Relations-Coordinator, Laguna

Brief Description and Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, or chat quickly and accurately.
• Understand and assess patient needs and clearly explain services and features that match their concerns.
• Monitor social media for patient complaints and reach out to offer help or solutions.
• Book and manage patient appointments.
• Follow up on scheduled appointments to confirm or reschedule as needed.
• Assist HMO patients with getting approvals and scheduling their visits.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Discuss and negotiate prices, payment terms, and service conditions with patients when needed.
• Offer and explain clinic services or packages in a friendly and informative way.
• Build good relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage them to return.
• Suggest suitable treatments or services based on the patients needs and preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of 4 years course (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Willing to work Shifting Schedule
• For work from home duty (No internet allowance)
• Willing to work at Unit G04 San Jose Building, Sto. Domingo Sta. Rosa Laguna besides AUB
