Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 1 experience in back-office customer service operations
- Amendable to work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles customer inquiries and requests through email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provides accurate information regarding products, services, billing, orders, or account concerns
- Handles client inquiries via email and phone regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules
- Coordinates with operations, warehouse, trucking, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates
- Updates shipment records in the logistics system and ensures data accuracy
