Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Staff
- Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna
- Can attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles daily back-office customer service operations, responding to client inquiries via email and phone
- Ensures all customer requests are addressed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Provides support to team members by sharing product knowledge, best practices, and process guidance
- Prepares and maintains reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and service trends
- Acts as a key point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns, working toward effective resolution
