Company Nurse, Laguna

We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin/Nurse to join our team. This role combines administrative work with basic healthcare support, ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain experience in a corporate setting.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or any related field.
• Preferably a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance and HMO coordination, including employee enrollment, updates, and claims support.
• Manage and safeguard company medicines, including inventory, dispensing, and proper documentation.
• Provide basic healthcare assistance (first aid, vital signs, incident documentation) when needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, report preparation, and data management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health and administrative records.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and internal departments.
• Support employee wellness initiatives and company health-related activities.
