Position: Customer Service Associate (Logistics)
Salary: Php 18,000 Php 30,000 (Fixed Day Shift)

Qualifications
Bachelors degree holder of any course (open to undergraduates)
At least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative
Urgent hiring with 4 headcounts required
Willing to undergo training
Willing to handle customer concerns via emails and calls

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Guide customers on how to place orders
Answer inquiries regarding logistics rates, timelines, and shipping details
Respond to customers via email, chat, and phone calls
Communicate in Tagalog or English based on customer preference
Provide updates on ongoing customer orders
Assist customers in placing orders once finalized
Double-check customer requirements for compliance with PEZA regulations
