DC Manager, Laguna

Description:

• Accounts for all stock transfers and ensures proper rotation of items
• Coordinates the maintenance of appropriate product inventory level and orders paperwork flow and maintenance of open order report with Logistics & Distribution Manager
• Ensures execution of DC safety procedures and ensures facility security based on knowledge of current health and safety practices
• Oversees investigation, correction of freight discrepancies for shipments and audit warehouse orders
• Trains staff, monitors adherence, supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of DC personnel on multiple shifts to ensure compliance with proper operating procedures and administrative practices
• Maintains inventory of warehouse supplies and communicates issue and inventory control needs with Logistics & Distribution Manager
• Monitors weekly cycle counts
• Examines order-picking process to ensure accuracy for orders and ensures orders are shipped with proper merchandise and documentation
• Performs duties and assume responsibilities associated with Logistics & Distribution Managers absence

Job Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business
• Skills Summary : Minimum 3-year work experience in the same capacity
• Outstanding management skills, demonstrated leadership and the ability to solve problems
