DENTAL CLINIC TEAM LEADER

Job Responsibilities

Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team

Patient Care Coordination: Ensure smooth patient flow, resolve scheduling issues, and handle patient inquiries and concerns.

Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the clinic follows all relevant healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and standards for hygiene and cleanliness.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to patients and ensure they have a positive experience throughout their visit

Requirements

Experience: With experience in a dental clinic or medical office, with at least years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Education: Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, or equivalent certification. A degree in healthcare administration is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of dental office procedures and software is essential.

Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy clinic environment.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
