Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead architectural design development and ensure compliance with project requirements
Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEPF), consultants, and contractors
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Assist in project scheduling, cost control, and value engineering
Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and issue architectural clarifications
Coordinate revisions and issue updated drawings as required
Support project close-out documentation and as-built drawings

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture
Underboard / Licensed Architect
Minimum 35 years experience in architectural design and project coordination
Experience in Land Development and Vertical Projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA
