• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy, correct dosage, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, possible side effects, and proper storage.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain complete and proper documentation in accordance with hospital pharmacy protocols and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal medication therapy for patients.
• Participate in continuing education, training programs, and updates on new pharmaceutical products and best practices.
• Perform other pharmacy-related tasks as needed to support overall operations.

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid PRC License.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment to patient safety.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory systems is an advantage.
