Work Schedule: Mon- Fri, Sat (halfday)

Job Requirements:

bachelors degree holder

With at least 1-2 years of experience as customer service.

With atleast 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.

Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna

Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage


Responsibilities:

Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, driving high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations to strengthen customer trust and retention.

Support streamlined processes that reduce errors and improve overall productivity.

Deliver excellent customer service to distinguish the warehouse from competitors.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
