Client Profile: A Japanese shipping and logistics company delivering freight forwarding, customs, and end-to-end logistics services for more than 27 years.


Position: Shipping & Customer Service Supervisor

Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm

Location: Laguna Technopark Bian, Laguna

Salary: Php28,000 Php35,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Holder
  • At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems are advantage
  • Willing to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components.
  • Create daily and weekly warehouse reports using MS Excel and submit them to management.
  • Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive electronic components to prevent damage.
  • Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and portable terminals.
