Position: Warehouse Customer Service

Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm

Location: Laguna Technopark Bian, Laguna

Salary: Php18,000 Php25,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Holder
  • At least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
  • Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
  • Willing to work fully on site.
  • Willing to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
  • Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.
