Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Holder
- At least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
- Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
- Willing to work fully on site.
- Willing to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.
