Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience in back-office customer service operations
- Amendable to work on site
- Amendable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises daily back-office customer service operations, handling client inquiries via email and phone
- Ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests.
- Coaches, trains, and supports customer service representatives to improve performance and service quality
- Prepares reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and team performance
- Acts as the primary point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns
