Mechanical Engineer, Laguna

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Assist the Administration Department in monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities related to mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, water supply, HVAC, fire protection, and wastewater systems).
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports or recommendations for repair, maintenance, or improvement works.
• Support the processing and documentation of work permits, project requests, and contractor clearances.
• Assist in evaluating mechanical aspects of tenant construction or renovation plans.
• Coordinate with service providers and ensure compliance with park safety and maintenance standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and simple technical drawings when needed.
• Monitor the operation and preventive maintenance schedules of mechanical equipment. 
• Provide administrative support such as filing of maintenance records, tracking service reports, and updating utility logs.
• Participate in meetings, inspections, and other administrative functions related to facilities management.
