Duties and responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data for in-house promotions across head office and branch operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support the effective implementation of marketing and customer care programs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, campaign performance, and sales data from branches, social media, and customer care channels.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, customer engagement, and data handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with social media and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical thinking skills.
