Our client is urgently looking for a proactive Customer Care Specialist to manage customer service systems, reports, and daily operations. The role involves data management, process coordination, and supporting customer experience improvements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer service systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system issues and updates.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on service performance and customer activity.
  • Handle billing-related tasks such as statement extraction and payment requests.
  • Run customer communication campaigns and service advisories.
  • Maintain data quality and update customer records across platforms.
  • Manage the knowledge base to support automation and front-line operations.
  • Support system integrations, workflows, and configuration changes.
  • Assist in customer service programs focused on retention and upgrades.
  • Use data tools for reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure timely distribution of reports and updates to stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service operations, reporting, or system administration.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data tools, and system integrations.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
