1. Filipino and International Cuisine
2. Preparing, cooking, and presenting hot food items in accordance with hotel standards, recipes, and safety guidelines. The role ensures consistent food quality, proper portioning, and timely service for guests and staff.

1. Experience as Cook in a hotel or restaurant hot kitchen.
2. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and hot kitchen operations.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
4. Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
