Technical Service Engineer, Laguna

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing machines and equipment
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of service, maintenance, and repairs
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Train operators and staff on proper machine usage and maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 13 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Physically fit and able to work on-site, including handling heavy equipment if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably with NC2 and knows how to drive
