Mechanical Engineer, Laguna

Description

Attend coordination meetings and provide mechanical updates, reports, and recommendations.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for repairs, parts replacement, and specialized services.
Communicate operational concerns and proposed solutions to management and clients.
Assign daily tasks and ensure work completion based on priorities and schedules.
Provide technical guidance during complex mechanical troubleshooting.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify team training needs.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience in mechanical operations, maintenance, or supervision.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumping systems, motors, industrial machinery, etc.).
Proficient in reading mechanical plans, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
