Mechanical Engineer, Laguna

• Ensure all MEPFS activities comply with local codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure proper function and compliance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for system testing, commissioning, and punch list closure.
• Prepare technical documentation such as reports, maintenance schedules, and incident logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients regarding operational issues and maintenance requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings for project progress, system updates, and operational concerns.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, spare parts, and specialized services.

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (preferred).
• Minimum 35 years experience in MEPFS operations, maintenance, or facility supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems.
• Experience in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
