Packer, Laguna

The Packer is responsible for preparing, packing, and organizing products for shipment or delivery. This role ensures that all items are packed accurately, securely, and according to company standards to avoid damages and delays.

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure items are complete, correct, and properly labeled before sealing.
• Use appropriate packing materials to protect products during transit.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and shelving stocks in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for items that need replenishment.
• Follow company guidelines for order handling, packing procedures, and safety.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
• Support logistics operations during peak periods or large volume orders.

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience (training provided).
• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items when needed.
• Fast learner with good attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, responsible, and a team player.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
