Description
A leading custom ice cream manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with proven experience in managing cold storage environments and handling raw and packaging materials in a food manufacturing setup, ideally in frozen or dairy production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ensure optimal cold chain storage conditions are maintained, especially for sensitive ingredients used in ice cream production.
- Monitor material movement and accuracy of documentation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Ensure warehouse staff follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Lead inventory cycle counts and support month-end inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement to align warehouse activities with production schedules.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.
- 35 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, preferably in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream or dairy experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and food safety practices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a warehouse team effectively.
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
