Warehouse Supervisor, Laguna

A leading custom ice cream manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with proven experience in managing cold storage environments and handling raw and packaging materials in a food manufacturing setup, ideally in frozen or dairy production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure optimal cold chain storage conditions are maintained, especially for sensitive ingredients used in ice cream production.
• Monitor material movement and accuracy of documentation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensure warehouse staff follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and support month-end inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement to align warehouse activities with production schedules.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.
• 35 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, preferably in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream or dairy experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and food safety practices.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a warehouse team effectively.
• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
