Tool and Die Technician, Laguna

The Tool & Die Technician is responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, repair, and adjustment of tools, dies, and fixtures used in production. The role involves operating machine shop equipment and ensuring tools are in good condition to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Tool & Die, Machining, or related field.
• Proven background in tool & die setting and fabrication.
• Skilled in operating lathe machines, welding, surface grinding, and other machining tools.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial setting is an advantage.
