Description
  • Monitor ordering for all accounts under his/her area.
  • Maintains stock level, and manage stock freshness of accounts.Analyze offtake data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Recommends sales strategies/tactical promotions to ensure stocks turnover.
  • Monitor delivery status and ensure all orders are delivered.
  • Act as a DSP (Distributor Sales Personnel) if there are vacancies or backlogs.
  • Ensure productivity and deployment of manpower.
  • Consolidate and review the trade reports of all DSPs (Manning, Promo, New Product Pipeline, & others).
  • Monitor daily attendance of all DSPs
  • Takes lead on looking for applicants for DSPs, and identifies talent pool for succession planning.
  • Conducts monthly performance evaluation of DSPs. Leads, motivates, train the team to achieve the sales goals of the company.
  • Works with and train all DSPs at least once a month.
  • Conducts one-on-one coaching with the DSP during work with days.
  • Training of DSPs with the essential skills (BCP, etc.).


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education - Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Experience - At least 2 yrs in handling FMCG Distributor Sales Team
  • Skills Needed - Sales strategy and planning, organization development, budget control, effective recruiting, data analysis, excellent relationship skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Requirement - with driver's license
