Field Architect, Laguna

The Field Architect estimates materials requirements, checks layouts, and monitors accomplishment of work.

QUALIFICATION:

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

At least one-two (1-2) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects

Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications

Ability to control interphasing of structural works

Knowledge of environment, health and safety (EHS) standards and procedures

Project management skills

Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Intermediate

CADD software-Intermediate

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage

Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced

Professional attitude and appearance

C. Eligibility

Licensed Architect

Willing to be assigned at Binan Laguna Projects.
