Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer Technical Support (Projects)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing structural plans, drawings, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support to project engineers and site supervisors.
• Help coordinate civil/structural works with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and assist in project monitoring.
• Support in preparing progress reports, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare technical notes or minutes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and engineering codes.
• Assist in quality control and documentation of on-site works.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and project management skills under supervision.

• Must be a Fresh Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (board exam not required but an advantage).
• Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or nearby cities for accessibility.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering software (basic acceptable).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Can work well in a team environment and under supervision.
• Flexible and willing to assist in both office-based and site-related tasks.
