Description
  1. Responsible to handle replenishment of regular items coming to the DC for local / imported vendors.
  2. Responsible to auto create purchase order using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / Import PO System (IPS)
  3. Responsible to ensure the following:
  • No out of stocks for regular items in the DC and in the stores
  • Right quantity of items is delivered by vendor
  • Ordered items are delivered on-time in the DC
  • Discontinued items are not re-ordered
  1. In-charge of maintaining the right quantity and inventory of stocks in the DC and ensure sufficient inventory for store inventory requirement.
  2. Ensures that all items for ordering are endorsed with Allocation department to manage auto replenishment of items in the stores.
  3. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior
  • Educational Background: College Graduate
  • Work Experience: Preferably with 2 year related experience
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
