Health Care Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare support and first aid to employees.
• Administer medication and manage health records.
• Coordinate medical appointments and health screenings.
• Educate employees on health and wellness practices.
• Monitor workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in developing health and safety policies.
• Act as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers.

HR Function Responsibilities

• Responsible in timely processing of attendance and timekeeping for all employees using the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and manual (if needed)
• Process Timekeeping Adjustments of late DTRs and other special cases (system error, etc.)
• Summarize employees without biologs in the HCMS and coordinate with Department heads for reference and checking.
• Coordinate Monthly Tardiness Report to ER Team for issuance of Notice of Suspension.
• Communicate Monthly report regarding employees who forgot to file missing biologs, leaves, and COA to HCMS to ER Team for issuance of NDA.
• Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of SSS Loan Application process and PAG-IBIG Loan Applications process.
• Provide Assistance to employees in availment of Philhealth benefits (CF1 and Certificate of Contributions), Paternity/Maternity benefit, and Sickness benefit.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills and Competencies: Registered Nurse, Proficiency in PHRN, first-aid techniques, and basic medical procedures.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Provide medical assistance, conduct health assessments, and promote workplace wellness.
