Company Nurse, Laguna

Description

Administer first aid treatment to injured employees.
Evaluate employee's health status and give medications.
Maintain individual health record of all employees.
Assist in planning and conducting programs on Health and Safety Awareness.
Conduct regular inspection to ensure Health and Safety compliance.
Facilitate wellness programs promoting employee health/wellness in the workplace.
Accompany employees to the hospital for all emergency cases.
Assist Company Physician and keep record of the Doctor's note for proper documentation.
Issuance of Fit to Work clearance to employees gone from sick leave.

Candidate must be at least have a bachelor's degree in nursing
Must be Licensed/Registered Nurse
With experience in manufacturing or related filed is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With BOSH training is an advantage
With Sound clinical knowledge, good interpersonal communication skills, and analytical skills
Willing and capable to work on a shifting basis
