Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Support & Workflow Coordinator to assist with day-to-day administrative operations, client communication, and internal workflow support. This role is central to managing client files, CRM updates, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and case managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client and lead inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain and update CRM with notes, documents, and task assignments
- Create and organize client folders in Dropbox
- Coordinate sponsored and education workflows and follow-ups
- Submit client details to job banks and track responses
- Assist with scheduling updates and forwarding relevant documents internally
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Experience with email handling, data entry, and CRM tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and file-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Drive)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Customer service or client-facing experience
