We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Support & Workflow Coordinator to assist with day-to-day administrative operations, client communication, and internal workflow support. This role is central to managing client files, CRM updates, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and case managers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to client and lead inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain and update CRM with notes, documents, and task assignments
  • Create and organize client folders in Dropbox
  • Coordinate sponsored and education workflows and follow-ups
  • Submit client details to job banks and track responses
  • Assist with scheduling updates and forwarding relevant documents internally
