Undertake troubleshooting of equipment
Delivers and installs spare parts supplied to customers
Prepares and executes preventive maintenance plans for equipment of various customers
Prepares service reports, commissioning reports, testing reports, etc.
Conducts training on operation and maintenance of equipment for customers representatives/engineers
Support the Aftermarket Business
Support the Sales Department through pre-sales activities (i.e. site inspection, equipment survey, cost estimation)
