1. Maintain the clinic: medicine replenishment, recommend equipment

2. First Aid and Emergency Response 

3. Maintain medical files - follow up on pending APE check ups (target to meet at least Category B for all employees with completed follow up check up) 

4. verify fit to work clearance at pre-employment

5. Conduct surprise drug tests 

6. act as liaison and coordinate with HMO provider for all concerns - schedule HMO free services (ex. free Seminars)

7. recommend and execute health and safety awareness programs

8. support and participate in regular safety audit of employee welfare concerns (ex. PPE usage, barracks orderliness, canteen food safety)
