Boiler Engineer in Santa Maria Bulacan

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of the boiler operations team, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed and duties are efficiently executed
-Monitor and maintain boiler operations, including start-up, shut-down, and routine maintenance procedures
-Identify and troubleshoot any boiler-related issues, implementing corrective actions to minimise downtime
-Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
-Prepare detailed reports on boiler performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
-Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimise boiler efficiency and energy usage
-Provide training and support to junior boiler operators, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boiler Engineer or Shift Supervisor in the manufacturing or industrial sector
-Possess a valid Boiler Operator's License and relevant technical certifications
-Thorough understanding of boiler systems, including combustion processes, water treatment, and troubleshooting
-Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and operating procedures
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment
