Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple onsite openings in Clark. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and capable of handling customer concerns with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through the assigned support channel.
  • Assist customers with account concerns, billing questions, payments, transactions, service issues, basic troubleshooting, or general support requests.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information based on account policies and procedures.
  • Verify customer information and follow proper security, compliance, and data privacy guidelines.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions, concerns, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex, technical, sensitive, or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information.
  • Meet performance standards related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Comfortably use computer systems and navigate multiple tools required for the role.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Undergraduate.
  • With or without BPO experience, depending on segment and account fit.
  • Candidates with at least six (6) months of BPO experience are highly preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Comfortable handling customer concerns through the assigned support channel.
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark.
  • Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
