Forklift Operator, Pampanga

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials within construction sites and warehouse facilities. The role ensures proper material handling, workplace safety, and compliance with occupational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport materials within construction sites and warehouse areas.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage locations.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and handling to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation forklift inspections.
• Report mechanical issues or defects immediately.
• Follow load limits and safe lifting procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
• Assist in basic inventory handling and material movement documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements

• At least Junior High School graduate or ALS completer
• TESDA Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II preferred
• Valid professional drivers license (if required)

Desired Experience

• Minimum 12 years experience operating forklifts
• Knowledge of load capacities and safe lifting techniques
• Familiarity with construction and warehouse operations
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspections
• Understanding of workplace safety standards
• Physically fit and capable of handling materials
