The Store Store motivated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This leadership role is responsible for managing both direct and indirect employees, including Cashiers, Sales Associates, Product Specialists, and Financing Partners, while ensuring the store meets performance and customer satisfaction goals. The Store Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and will play a crucial role in executing the companys strategy at the store level, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.
DIRECT REPORTING: DIRECT REPORTING TO REGIONAL HEAD FOR ISSUE AND CONCERN.
SALES PERFORMANCE: DRIVE SALES BY MAXIMIZING CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS, OPERATING PROCEDURES, AND MAINTANING AN EXCELLENT STORE IMAGE.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: MAINTAIN EXPERTISE IN ALL CATEGORY APPLIANCES, FURNITURE LINE UP.
ASSEST MANAGEMENT: MANAGE AND SECURE ALL COMPANY ASSETS TO OPERATE THE STORE EFFICIENTLY AND MAXIMISE PROFITABILITY.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: ENSURE PROPER INVENTORY LEVELS TO MAINTAIN MERCHANDISE AVAILABILTY.
VENDOR RELATIONS: MAINTAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH CORPORATE BUYING DEPARTMENTS AND VENDORS.
TEAM MANAGEMENT: LEAD AND DEVELOP A TEAM OF EMPLOYEES TO ACHIVE COMPANY OBJECTIVES
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: MAINTAIN STORE OPERATION BY ENFORCING OPERATIONAL AND PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES POSITIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
FINANCIAL TASK: ASSIST WITH REGISTER BOOKKEEPING, AND REGULAR INVENTORY COUNTS.
DAILY OPERATIONS: OVERSEE AND MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE RETAIL STORE TO ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: MANAGE INVENTORY LEVELS, CONDUCT REGULAR STOCK CHECKS AND ENSURE PROPER ROTATION.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING: SUPERVISE STORE DISPLAY, LAYOUT, AND ENSURE ATTRACTIVE DISPLAY TO DRIVE MORE SALES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: ENSURE EXEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS ARE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
SALES TARGET: SET AND MONITOR SALES TARGETS, ANALYZE SALES DATA, AND STRATEGIZE TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGET/QUOTA.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT: CONTROL STORE EXPENSES, MANAGE BUDGET EFFECTIVELY AND OPTIMIZE COSTS.
