Business Development Manager, Pampanga

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute our capital-raising, investor outreach, and partnership development initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, identifying new market opportunities, and helping to shape the Companys strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of investment products, strong networking capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex deals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (required)

Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred

Certifications such as CPA, CFA or similar financial certification can be a strong advantage

5+ years of experience in business development, investor relations or capital raising

Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures

Strong understanding of investment vehicles, financial markets, and capital-raising processes

Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships or investor commitments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment

Willingness to travel as needed
