Accounting Specialist, Pampanga

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to handle day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, supporting billing processes, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Prepare invoices and other financial documents
• Handle invoicing, billing updates, and follow-ups on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate financial records and company systems
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including expenses and reimbursements
• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes
• Generate financial reports and summaries
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial and operational matters
• Support audits and other ad hoc tasks as needed

Systems & Tools:

• Xero
• MS Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger) and payroll processing
• Experience with Xero
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good time management, organization, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
