SAP Bais Junior Consultant, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor SAP System performance, availability, and health using standard tools.
• Perform routine system checks, daily monitoring, and log analysis. Support user management activities (creating, modifying, and deleting SAP user accounts).
• Assist in applying patches, updates, and basic configuration changes under supervision.
• Provide first-level support for SAP-related incidents and escalate complex issues to senior consultants.
• Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base development.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve minor system issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of SAP architecture and components (ERP, NetWeaver, HANA, etc.)
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix) and databases (Oracle, AL, HANA).
• Willing to work on the graveyard shift for US accounts.
