Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, Accountant, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
