Hr & Admin Associate, Pampanga

1.     Processing Admin Task

• Revolving Funds and Drivers Allowance Cash Custodian
• Daily report of Revolving Fund
• Purchase and Issuance of monthly load allowance for
• Per Trip Drivers
•  Liquidation and Replenish Revolving Fund (Encoding
• of Summary Expenses)       
• PPE Uniforms requisition, issuance and monitoring
• PPE Uniforms monthly inventory

2.     Recruitment

• Replacement turnover (7 days)

3.     Employee Relations

• Handles corrective action process based on the
• Company Policy
• Documentation of all the actions made for every
• Incident report received
• Conducts exit interviews to separate employees

4.     Payroll/Timekeeping

•  Accuracy (with zero audit findings and
• complaints)    
• Familiarity with labor standards and computation
• Issuance of salaries and Pay slip

5.     Performance Management

• Coordination with the Immediate Superior of
• Probationary Employee
• Documentation of evaluation forms (3rd and 5th Month)

6.     Compensation and Benefits

• Handle inquiries regarding government mandated benefits.

7.     Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report

• Plantilla report preparation
• Weekly Accomplishment Report

8.      Performs other duties as assigned or required.

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR and administration
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting techniques and employee relations
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of payroll, compensation, and benefits systems
• Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
