Retail Sales Associate, Pampanga

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, presenting products effectively, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will also assist in daily store operations and contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets.

• Greet customers and assist them by explaining product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and follow company payment procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure product displays, pricing, and promotions are properly maintained.
• Support the Store Manager and team in daily store operations and customer service activities.
• Work toward achieving sales targets through a customer-focused selling approach.
• Recommend complementary or add-on products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor at all times.
• Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives, including in-store events, social media content, live selling sessions, and promotional campaigns.
• Inform customers about current promotions, special offers, and new product arrivals.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit required daily or weekly sales reports.

• Clear and confident communication skills when interacting with customers.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience in online selling or live selling is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through social media platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate products or conduct live selling sessions is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned to different store or office locations when necessary.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
