Account Management Specialist, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities

      Builds business relationships with members. 

      Records notes of every call in the CRM accurately. 

      Educates members on how to apply the business process to their specific business situation.

      Assists members to trade with each other.

      Learns and understands the cost of trade.

      Collects fees. 

      Administrations of member accounts.

      Enforcements of Trading Rules and Regulations proactively.

      Handles client inquiries efficiently and effectively. 

      Promotes and explains Trading Tips to members to help them trade. 

      Suggests advertising campaigns, special offers, and promotions. 

      Works with the Marketing Department to create artwork and promotions. 

      Assists with general inquiries from members. 

      Educates members on how to use the systems and tools available to them.  

      Updates directory listings as required to better promote the members. 

      Provides high-level customer service to all members.

      Educates members how to use the phone app and web site. 

Administration of member accounts

      Reacts to changes in account statuses and take the required action proactively.

      Follows fee collection best practice policies and procedures. 

      Ensures the CRM contact information is maintained and kept up to date. 

      Offers members additional cards, staff accounts, and sales-only accounts as may be required.

      Ensures directory descriptions are up to date and accurately reflect a members business and their current trading status proactively. 

      Educates members of their obligations as set out in the Trading Rules and Regulations.

      Updates and maintains weekly and monthly reports.
