Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily resort and hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, service standards, and company policies.
Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and duty schedules
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Assist in handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Support inventory control, supplies monitoring, and basic cost-control initiatives
Prepare daily operational reports and incident logs for management review
Function as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when assigned by the Resort Manager

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role
Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills
