Description
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials (steel coils, chemicals, insulation cores)
- Monitor production processes including foaming, lamination, and cutting
- Conduct quality tests (density, adhesion, dimensions, surface finish)
- Identify defects such as delamination, uneven foaming, or surface damage
- Maintain quality inspection records and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO and building material standards
- Coordinate with production team to implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing quality control (construction materials preferred)
- Knowledge of insulated/sandwich panel production is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good reporting and communication skills
